Early Childhood Trainer

Job Summary
The trainer collaborates closely with all other trainers on the team to deliver high quality training services to Arabian Child clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and in other locations in the Gulf Region. Responsibilities include delivering high quality training courses, assessing students, conducting observations, talking to potential learners, tracking student processes, coordinating training courses, and working with other trainers in a collaborative manner. Meet with students to discuss their progress and answer their inquiries about the course. Deliver a wide variety of courses that are approved by Arabian Child and internationally accredited. Attend and participate in Arabian Child conferences, forums and events regularly.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related
- Minimum 3 years working with young children under the age of 5, and minimum 3 years as a mentor/trainer/supervisor
- Native English Speaker
- Knowledgeable in CACHE courses and assessment of CACHE courses.
- Has a valid drivers license in the United Arab Emirates
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Excellent computer skills (trainer will use online software application to assess learners homework, track their progress, powerpoint, word, etc.)
- May be required to deliver training in Dubai, Sharjah, or Abu Dhabi on a regular (weekly basis)
