The Role:
As an
Early Careers Talent Partner
, you will
own your candidate market
:
Sourcing high-potential candidates,
Closing them into our Early Careers Programs,
Supporting their deployment into live client projects.
No cold client sales.

Just pure candidate-side recruitment and closing.
Youll run your own desk with the
clients, brand, marketing support, and opportunities
already in place.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
Sell and promote our Early Careers Programs positioning them as the gateway to the Financial Services and Professional Services industries.
Conduct screening calls, sell the program, and
secure candidate commitments
.
Manage the candidate journey from application to onboarding and deployment.
Maintain high conversion rates maximize every opportunity.
Manage your candidate pipeline using CRM tools and structured workflows.
Hit and exceed KPIs related to candidate placements and program enrollments.
Drive your own success managing your time, workload, and financial outcomes.
