Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled End-to-End Quality Assurance (E2E QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies that ensure the delivery of high-quality software products across the entire application stack from front-end user experience to backend systems and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute E2E test cases, test plans, and test scripts across multiple platforms (web, mobile, APIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, DevOps) to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Automate E2E test cases using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or equivalent.
• Maintain and enhance the E2E automation test suite in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Conduct manual exploratory testing when necessary to uncover issues outside of automated coverage.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Ensure data integrity and functional consistency across microservices, APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.
• Perform regression testing to validate system stability after updates or feature releases.
• Support performance testing and identify bottlenecks impacting user experience.
• Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot test failures and provide actionable feedback to developers.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and champion best practices for continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on E2E testing.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience with automated test tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services testing, and API automation tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in CI/CD environments and DevOps tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in performance or security testing is a bonus.
