Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Has experience working in Amazon and Talabat is a must -Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive sales growth -Create and manage online sales campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and other online advertising channels -Oversee website design, development, and maintenance, ensuring that it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines -Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms -Monitor and analyze online sales data to make informed business decisions and identify areas for improvement -Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process -Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase customer retention and loyalty -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure the smooth operation of online sales activities -Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in online sales and implement best practices to improve online sales performance -Manage product inventory, including tracking and forecasting inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products -Manage customer accounts and track sales performance against goals -Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services -Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy laws and consumer protection laws

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field -Minimum of 2 years of experience in online sales or related field -Strong knowledge of online sales platforms and channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, and other online advertising channels -Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics -Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills -Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers -Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities -Experience in managing customer accounts and tracking sales performance against goals -Knowledge of data privacy laws and consumer protection laws
