Description: Functional Financial Consultant (MS Dynamics 365 ERP)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Functional Financial Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) to support the review, optimization, and enhancement of our ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will bridge finance and technology, ensuring our financial processes are effectively mapped, configured, and aligned with best practices within Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Review & Optimization o Assess the current Dynamics 365 Finance implementation, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
o Recommend process enhancements to align with accounting and financial reporting standards.
o Optimize system configurations for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management.
Stakeholder Collaboration o Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions.
o Act as the finance subject matter expert during workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and testing phases.
o Provide input to technical consultants for system customizations and integrations.
Implementation Support o Support rollout, upgrades, and system testing (UAT, SIT).
o Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
o Train finance users and ensure smooth adoption of new functionalities.
Compliance & Reporting o Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and internal controls.
o Improve financial reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data accuracy.
Desired Profile
Education & Certification o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
o Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
o Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification is a plus.
Experience o 5+ years of experience as a Finance Functional Consultant or ERP specialist.
o Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX) implementation and support.
o Proven track record of leading finance modules configuration, process improvement, and ERP transformation projects.
o Experience with integration of Dynamics 365 with third-party applications (banking, payroll, BI tools, etc.).
Skills o Deep knowledge of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Consolidation, Reporting).
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication skills to interact with both finance and IT stakeholders.
o Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and work in a dynamic project environment.

Real estate experience is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
