We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager Accounts (

CA Finalist)

who has completed their

article ship with one of the Big Four accounting firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG)

. This role is ideal for a professional looking to further their career in finance and accounting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support audit processes and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements. Manage VAT filings, corporate tax compliance, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. Assist in internal control reviews and process improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards.

Requirements:

CA Finalist (cleared at least one group of CA Final exams). Completed 3 years of article ship from a

Big Four firm

(PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG) - mandatory. 2 to 3 Years Post Article Experience Strong understanding of IFRS, accounting principles, and auditing practices. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books). Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in financial services, real estate, FMCG, or a multinational environment. Exposure to UAE VAT and tax regulations.
