About Us:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Duty Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the nursery. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between staff, parents, and management, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, care, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee nursery operations during assigned duty hours. Ensure full compliance with KHDA regulations and internal policies. Supervise and support teachers and assistants to maintain high-quality learning environments. Communicate effectively with parents, addressing daily inquiries or concerns. Monitor classrooms to ensure EYFS standards and best practices are followed. Maintain accurate daily records, reports, and incident logs. Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Report operational updates and concerns to the Nursery Manager.

Requirements:

CACHE Level 5 in Early Years Education or equivalent (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in an early years or nursery leadership role in the UAE. Strong understanding of EYFS or a similar early years curriculum. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Fluent in English; Russian language is an advantage. Professional, reliable, and child-focused attitude.
