Operations Management:
Oversee the smooth running of all hotel/villa operations during their shift.
Coordinate between departments like Reception, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage.
Conduct regular walk-arounds to check standards and address issues.
Staff Supervision & Leadership:
Supervise and guide staff, ensuring they perform well.
Assist with staff training and development.
Manage shift schedules and direct workflow.
Administrative & Financial Duties:
Monitor budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
Handle paperwork, office tasks, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and legal requirements.
Emergency & Security:
Act as the main point of contact for emergencies or security issues.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and respond to incidents.
