Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Duty Manager

to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional service delivery to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, including front desk,maintenance,and housekeeping. Supervise and guide team members, providing direction and support as necessary. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service. Monitor and maintain property security, health, and safety regulations. Manage shifts, ensuring it is adequately staffed and operations run efficiently. Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and other key metrics. Assist in staff training and development to maintain a high level of customer service

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of

5 years

of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3

years

in a supervisory or management role. Proven experience in hospitality operations, with strong knowledge of front desk, guest services, and overall hotel management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficient in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, MS , or similar systems). Must be able to manage and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
