Job Purpose:
As Duty Manager, you will be the key point of contact for guests and staff during your shift, ensuring seamless operations throughout the hotel. You'll embody our commitment to exceptional service, resolve guest issues with poise, and lead by example to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily hotel operations and coordinate between departments
Act as the Manager on Duty, responding to guest concerns and emergencies
Ensure exceptional guest service is consistently delivered
Support front office, concierge, housekeeping, and F&B teams as needed
Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and guest areas
Handle VIP arrivals and special requests with discretion and professionalism
Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and service protocols
Qualifications & Competencies:
Previous experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star luxury hotel
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
A genuine passion for guest service and a proactive approach
Knowledge of hotel software systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
