About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Durability Specialist

to support the evaluation, design, and long-term performance assessment of major sewerage infrastructure assets. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in durability studies for deep tunnels, pipelines, shafts, manholes, and structures constructed using SEM or similar methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct durability assessments and life-cycle evaluations for sewerage tunnels, pipelines, deep shafts, and manholes. Develop durability strategies, material specifications, and design requirements tailored to challenging environments. Assess structural performance and deterioration mechanisms associated with wastewater systems and underground construction. Review and validate design submissions to ensure compliance with durability standards and project specifications. Provide expert advice on materials, construction methods, corrosion mitigation, and long-term maintenance planning. Prepare technical reports, study findings, and recommendations for project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience

in durability assessments and studies of sewerage tunnels, pipelines, SEM construction methods, deep tunnel shafts, and manholes.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

or equivalent.

Professional qualification

such as

CEng, MICE

, or equivalent is required. Strong understanding of materials performance, corrosion processes, and underground infrastructure durability. Excellent analytical, technical reporting, and communication skills.
