Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Dumper Operator to join our team at. As a Dumper Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating dump trucks or dumper vehicles to transport materials to and from construction sites, mining locations, or other designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate dumper trucks and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Transport construction materials such as dirt, sand, gravel, rocks, and debris to specified locations.

Ensure that vehicles are loaded and unloaded according to safety guidelines.

Conduct pre-operational checks on dumper trucks, ensuring that they are in good working condition.

Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations while operating vehicles.

Maintain accurate records of loads, trips, and material types.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations at job sites.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Dumper Operator or in a similar role in construction, mining, or heavy equipment operation.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Certification in operating heavy machinery (preferred)

Ability to operate dumper trucks, bulldozers, or other large vehicles.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to work in challenging weather and site conditions.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience working in mining, or similar industries.

Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy loads as required for loading and unloading materials.

Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times
