Job Description
Driving & Trips
Safely drive a heavy dumper/tipper on public roads and site roads; comply with RTA and site traffic rules. Plan routes to meet dispatch schedules; coordinate with Weighbridge/Dispatch.
Loading, Securing & Tipping
Position vehicle for loader/excavator; verify load weight, axle loads, and distribution. Secure and cover loads (tarpaulin) where required; follow safe tipping procedures and use a banksman/spotter.
Vehicle Care
Complete daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections; check tyres, brakes, lights, hydraulics, body latch, tailgate. Report defects immediately; keep cab and body clean; refuel and top-up fluids.
Documentation & Systems
Maintain trip sheets, delivery notes, weighbridge slips, fuel logs, and defect reports. Use company apps/GPS/telematics to receive jobs and record Proof of Delivery (POD).
HSE & Compliance
Follow company HSE policies, toolbox talks, and PPE requirements; practice heat-stress prevention. Stop work if unsafe; report incidents/near misses promptly; zero tolerance for mobile-phone use while driving.
Customer Service
Represent the company professionally at client sites; communicate clearly with dispatch and site teams.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
