Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Ductman to join our technical service team specializing in fit-outs and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and maintaining HVAC ductwork systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and install HVAC ductwork for fit-outs and renovation projects. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and project standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technical staff to ensure timely completion of projects. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of duct systems as needed. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition. Ensure adherence to safety regulations on-site.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Ductman in fit-outs, renovation, or construction projects. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and duct installation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction. Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces. Team player with good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HVAC or related technical field is a plus. Familiarity with modern duct fabrication and installation techniques. Experience in a fast-paced renovation or fit-out environment.
