We are looking for an experienced and reliable Ductman to join our HVAC installation and maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in duct fabrication, installation, and repair, with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ducts and fittings according to HVAC drawings and site requirements. Install air grills, diffusers, dampers, and insulation materials. Ensure duct systems are properly aligned, sealed, and supported. Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution. Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Ductman in HVAC or MEP projects. Knowledge of duct fabrication, installation, and air balancing principles. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces. Available to join immediately (preferred).
