to join in our team. The candidate will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and maintaining ductwork for air conditioning and ventilation systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ducts according to drawings and specifications.
Measure and mark sheet metal for cutting, bending, and fitting.
Install ducts, diffusers, grilles, dampers, and insulation materials.
Modify and repair existing ductwork when required.
Ensure ducts are properly sealed, aligned, and free from air leakage.
Work closely with AC technicians, supervisors, and project managers to complete installations.
Maintain safety standards and follow company policies at all job sites.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Duct man in HVAC projects.
Strong knowledge of duct fabrication, installation, and finishing.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and duct machines.
Physically fit and able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
High school/ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.
