Main Task & Duties 1-Target \xc2\xb7 Receiving orders from the production engineer \xc2\xb7 Planning and arranging the orders as per the delivery commitment \xc2\xb7 Checking the availability & collecting of raw material as per the material list in the store and auto fold operator \xc2\xb7 Arrange the material (Plasma sheet, flange, corner, rivets) and tools on time to get the work done on time. \xc2\xb7 Collecting the material & tools from store. \xc2\xb7 Prepare flange frame for the ducts and utilize the extra flanges and cut pieces of flange. \xc2\xb7 Cutting the plasma sheet from the auto fold and cut in the plasma machine as per the priority. \xc2\xb7 Keep the cut sheet from plasma in designated trolleys and do not keep any material on the floor. Reutilize cut sheet for making vanes and other accessories. \xc2\xb7 Allocating manpower in liaison with the work demand and expedite the work in process. \xc2\xb7 If the fitting requires flange, fix it in the designated flange fixing area and take the finished ducts to loading area. \xc2\xb7 Remove the finished ducts to the loading area at the same time do not keep the work in process in the production floor for more time. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the material is made with fine quality \xc2\xb7 Check the quality of the work in process and ensure quality is not lost. \xc2\xb7 Training the laborers towards to attain the target \xc2\xb7 Achieving the minimum daily target by effectively using the manpower. \xc2\xb7 Updating daily target and delivery achievement with the production engineer and following the daily target and delivery schedule \xc2\xb7 Keeping the work area tidy and organized. Cleaning production area every day before leaving. 2-Loading \xc2\xb7 Keep Moving trolley at the production Area stand by to move the finished material to the loading area. \xc2\xb7 Inspect & check finished material and keep in the designated loading area. \xc2\xb7 Keep the material on wooden pallet only. \xc2\xb7 Do not drag any finished or semi-finished material on the floor to avoid scatter and scratch the finished material \xc2\xb7 Checking the ducts as per the fabrication list and master order. \xc2\xb7 Raise quality inspection of the finished ducts. Do not start loading without quality inspection \xc2\xb7 Count and mark the ducts at the time of loading. \xc2\xb7 Utilize the maximum space in the truck or trailer and load in proper shape. Stack the ducts vertically and put small ducts inside big ducts \xc2\xb7 Load the ducts securely so that there will not be any damage due transportation distance 3-Production Flow \xc2\xb7 Check the flow of the production process \xc2\xb7 Ensure the safe operation process on the shop floor \xc2\xb7 Keep the practice of using trolley for moving products and to keep inside the factory \xc2\xb7 Maintain a smooth production flow as planed and do not accumulate ready products in the production Area. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining the equipment and tools \xc2\xb7 Discharge the ready duct to loading area on 11.30 am & 5.30 pm. \xc2\xb7 Requirements \xc2\xb7 Industrial Experience in Duct fabrication, Assembly and installation \xc2\xb7 Hands on tools \xc2\xb7 Team Leader \xc2\xb7 Time Management \xc2\xb7 UAE & GCC Experience \xc2\xb7 Industrial Diploma or 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as chargehand Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month
