Their clients include a stellar list of governments, project sponsors, lenders, debt and equity financiers, borrowers, export-credit agencies and international financial organisations, with their top-level practice spanning the asset classes, and including major UAE and regional projects in oil & gas, petrochemicals, renewables, water & wastewater, mining & metals, infrastructure and telecoms. Applicants will need to be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with a strong track-record in advising at top level on large-scale international infrastructure projects. You'll particularly need to be familiar with concessions, O&M agreements, offtake agreements, feedstock agreements etc, ideally covering a range of asset types. Familiarity with major procurement methods would also be advantageous. The team are seeking in individual with first class legal ability, coupled with a practical commercial approach, and excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
