Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality (DM) approval for G+1 projects
to join our team and support our growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise G+1 construction projects from start to finish
Ensure compliance with DM regulations and project specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and site reports
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Liaise with authorities for inspections and approvals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
DM approval for G+1 projects is mandatory
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in residential construction
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
