We are looking for a
Head of MENA
to drive our regional growth, lead Business Development and Sales operations, and strengthen our presence across the Middle East and North Africa.
Wymagania
5+ years of experience in the Forex/Financial Brokerage industry, with hands-on experience offering CFD liquidity solutions.
Wide business network in the UAE is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of FX markets and CFD products, particularly within the regional context.
Excellent interpersonal and sales skills: ability to engage clients, maintain long-term relationships, close deals, and consistently exceed targets.
Proactive and self-driven: able to work independently, generate business, and expand market presence.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
Experience selling payment solutions or trading technology to brokers is a plus.
Based in Dubai, with willingness to travel for events, exhibitions, and other business development opportunities.

Ensure full compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures across the MENA region.
Lead and manage the overall Business Development strategy for the MENA region, ensuring growth, expansion, and achievement of revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to support market penetration and expansion.
Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, and key market events, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Maintain strong collaboration with Group top management, ensuring alignment with global strategy and providing timely insights from the region.
Work closely with the Marketing Department to support regional promotion and business development campaigns.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with key partners and clients through regular face-to-face meetings locally and abroad.
Represent the Company at expos, conferences, and corporate events regionally and globally to strengthen brand presence and generate business.
Provide ongoing support to existing and new clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
Participate in hiring, developing, and training local employees, in coordination with Management.
Travel within and outside Dubai as required to support Company operations and regional initiatives.
Report directly to Management on regional performance, opportunities, risks, and progress.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor in connection with regional operations.
