Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Greek Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and elevate our culinary offerings. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of traditional and contemporary Greek cuisine, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities,

Design, develop, and execute authentic Greek menus with a modern, upscale presentation Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and plating standards Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain exceptional performance Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations Collaborate with management on menu innovation, seasonal specials, and events
Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef specializing in Greek cuisine Strong knowledge of traditional Greek ingredients, techniques, and modern interpretations Experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards Culinary degree or professional certification is preferred
