About Tonos Restaurant
Tonos Restaurant is a stylish and modern dining venue known for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional guest service. We are looking for an experienced and confident Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Manage table reservations and seating arrangements
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Communicate effectively with the service team for smooth operations
Handle guest inquiries and ensure a pleasant experience
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the reception area
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a hostess in a restaurant or hotel
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Professional, well-groomed, and confident personality
Strong customer service and multitasking skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
