With the energy transition, ESG, the global energy crisis and the uncertain geo-political landscape, this sector is facing unprecedented legal challenges and the firm and team are at the forefront of advising on these issues globally; ME and Africa are two of the most complex regions in such issues, with the firm very strongly represented and growing across these locations.
