This major local UAE law firm have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution lawyer to join them in a Senior Associate capacity within their busy and thriving practice in Dubai. The position will entail working closely with a senior and pre-eminent UAE litigation partner, on a wide range of high-level litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on proceedings before the local UAE Courts, including the DIFC and ADGM Courts. Acting for prominent UAE and international entities and individuals, the practice is broad and diverse, and spans major cases across the areas of Construction, Real Estate, and Financial Institutions, extending also to the fields of White-Collar Crime and Criminal Defence proceedings. Due to the scope of work involved, applicants will need to have local UAE Court experience, coupled with fluent Arabic, to be considered for this position; while fluency in English is also being sought to assist with a growing international clientele. To succeed in this role, you'll also need to have a practical commercial approach (with a track record in taking responsibility for and managing cases), along with strong drafting, analytical and communication skills, and enjoy being part of a friendly and outgoing firm and team.
