Key Requirements:

RTA-Dubai approved Driving Instructor Permit
Mandatory:
UAE Driving License issued in
Dubai
For Freshers:
Minimum
3 years of holding a Vehicle License
Education: School Certificate (10,+2 or above)
attested by
MOFA
Physical Fitness:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods (2-3 hours)
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and listening skills;
multi-lingual
candidates preferred
Professional Attributes:
Patient, safety-oriented, and committed to quality training
Age Limit:
Between
25 and 40 years
Gender: Male/Female
Nationality: Any
Responsibilities:
Instruct students on vehicle operation, traffic laws, and safe driving practices
Monitor and evaluate student progress throughout the training
Provide constructive and clear feedback after each session
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment during training
Encourage continuous practice to help students retain and improve driving skills
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Use driving management software to track and manage student progress
Uphold professional conduct with all students and staff
