Operate assigned vehicles (truck, bus, light vehicle) safely and responsibly.
Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company protocols.
Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and service records.
Load and unload cargo when necessary, ensuring secure transport.
Truck-Specific Responsibilities:
Transport goods to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
Ensure cargo is safely loaded, secured, and delivered without damage.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics teams as needed.
Heavy Bus-Specific Responsibilities:
Safely transport passengers to designated locations according to schedule.
Ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers during transit.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as required.
Light Vehicle Responsibilities:
Provide pick-up and drop-off services for staff or clients.
Run errands such as deliveries, collections, and other assigned tasks.
Perform occasional administrative driving support as needed.
Requirements:
Valid and up-to-date driving license(s) for Truck, Heavy Bus, and Light Vehicle.
Proven driving experience in similar roles (minimum 3 years preferred).
Clean driving record.
Good knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and road safety regulations.
Physically fit with the ability to lift moderate loads (for truck duties).
Good communication and time-management skills.
Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
