Job Description

Key Responsibilities:A. Maintenance Duties

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Perform troubleshooting and repair of minor electrical faults, water leaks, plumbing blockages, lighting issues, etc. Assist senior technicians and engineers in major repair or installation works. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report defects or malfunctions. Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use. Maintain records of maintenance tasks, material usage, and service reports. Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards at all times.

B. Driving Duties

Drive company vehicles to transport staff, tools, and materials between job sites and the company workshop. Ensure vehicles are always in good working condition through regular inspection and reporting of maintenance needs. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, logbook, fuel consumption, and trip records. Comply with all traffic rules, regulations, and company driving policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

High School Diploma or ITI Certificate

in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing trade. Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in building or facility maintenance (MEP works preferred). Valid

UAE driving license (Manual/Light Vehicle)

. Good knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in MEP maintenance. Ability to diagnose and repair minor electrical/plumbing issues independently. Basic understanding of safety procedures and PPE usage. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergency calls if required.

Working Conditions:

Based on multiple client sites across UAE. Indoor and outdoor work environment. Occasional overtime and emergency call-outs may be required.

Preferred:

Previous experience in UAE building maintenance or facility management company. Knowledge of HVAC servicing or basic carpentry is an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
