Safely operate company vehicles (cars, vans, minibuses, buses) to transport tourists to scheduled locations.
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Assist passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and special mobility needs.
Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations (vehicle issues, accidents, delays).
Customer Service
Greet tourists warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere throughout the journey.
Offer basic information about destinations, landmarks, local culture, and itinerary.
Answer customer questions and support tour guides when necessary.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times.
Tour Coordination
Follow daily schedules and itineraries provided by the tour company or guide.
Communicate clearly with tour guides, dispatch teams, and office staff.
Adjust routes flexibly when needed due to traffic, weather, or customer needs.
Vehicle Maintenance
Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
Report mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record and proven driving experience (tourism experience preferred).
Good knowledge of tourist attractions, and road networks.
Basic customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and behavior.
Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.
Physically able to lift luggage and assist travelers when required.

Pay: Up to QAR2,800.00 per month
