Job Responsibilities: Sales and Distribution: Effectively manage the sales and distribution of fresh and frozen meat products within assigned territories. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company\'s product range, including specifications, storage requirements, and handling instructions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors\' products. Route Planning: Plan and optimize daily routes to maximize sales efficiency and coverage. Ensure timely deliveries and maintain proper stock levels in the van. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels in the van to prevent stockouts and minimize product wastage. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the relevant department. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager. Keep accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and feedback. Hygiene and Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in handling and transporting fresh and frozen meat products. Ensure that the van is clean, well-maintained, and complies with all relevant regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Van Salesman, preferably in the food industry. Knowledge of fresh and frozen meat products is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and selling skills. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
