About the Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join the Transportation team in Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa. The main purpose of this position is to be able to deal with guests requests or queries to the highest level of performance. Your key responsibilities will include: To ensure that the level of service that is delivered to guests upon arrival and departure is in a safe and professional manner, aiming to exceed guest expectations as they are the first and last impression of the hotel. To ensure that all guests are given a friendly, courteous, informative and efficient service, on airport/chauffer and shuttle service transfers, ensuring that standards are maintained to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. To assist guests with unloading and loading of luggage. To be a source of information to all guests. To follow all local traffic rules and regulations in the State of Kuwait. To daily maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. To be aware of the opening/closing procedures. To inform the Manager of any matters or problems related to guest satisfaction. To ensure that the vehicle is sent to periodical maintenance as required. To provide lateral service in the hotel whenever needed. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management. About you:

In order to be considered for this role, you will have a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position in a five star hotel environment, and also have a Kuwaiti light and heavy duty driving license.

It is essential that you are knowledgeable of the Kuwaiti infrastructure and road maps, should be flexible and ready to work any shift given as per the requirement of the operation and adhere to company standards. You must have a good command of English communication skills.
