Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Duties:

Safely drive company vehicles to transport tools, materials, equipment, or technicians to assigned locations. Ensure prompt delivery and pick-up of items based on project schedules or work orders. Assist technicians with loading and unloading tools, machinery, or supplies.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness (fuel, oil, tire pressure, lights, etc.). Report any vehicle issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately. Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained; arrange for regular servicing as required.

Logistics Support:

Follow the most efficient routes and delivery schedules. Collect and deliver documents, invoices, or materials between office, clients, and vendors. Maintain accurate records of mileage, deliveries, and fuel usage.

Compliance & Safety:

Comply with all traffic laws and company transportation policies. Ensure proper securing of materials and safety of passengers and loads. Support on-site teams with basic manual tasks or deliveries if needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid UAE driving license (light vehicle-knows manual is a plus). Minimum 2-4 years of driving experience, preferably in a technical or service-based environment. Familiarity with UAE roads, traffic rules, and navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze, etc.). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in transporting technical tools, equipment, or hazardous materials. Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends when required. Basic English or Arabic communication skills. Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
