Job Description

Objectives: We are looking for a reliable company driver to assist the company with all transport-related duties. To be successful as a company driver, you should ensure that all transportation duties are carried out in a timely manner. To provide various transportation services, the nature of which is dependent on the company for which they work. They transport products, materials, equipment and company staff to and from specified locations. Reports to: Direct Manager Responsibilities & Tasks: A. Drive company vehicles to pick up or drop off employees. B. Deliver documents and files to required destinations. C. Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient. D. Keep the vehicle clean and maintained at all times. E. Perform preventative and regular maintenance on the vehicle. F. Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours. G. Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid Fines. H. Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management. Minimum Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience: A. High school diploma or GED is preferred. B. Valid driver's license. C. Clean driving record. D. Sound knowledge of UAE road safety regulations. E. Working knowledge of local roads and routes. F. The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals. Other Skills: A. More than 5 years of driving experience is required. B. Effective communication skills. C. Punctual and reliable. D. Neatly dressed up and behaving politely to the company staff.
