The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.

The candidate should have good knowledge and experience in Driving for Nursery plant maintenance.

Job Purpose:

To receive, segregate, place, tag and maintain the plants indoors in a controlled environment. Ensure plant's irrigation, fertilization, pest management, plant cleaning, pruning, watering and plant rotation. Ensure cleanliness of greenhouse at all time.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Plant Maintenance:

Identify and remedy or report the supervisor / in charge about the plant pests, diseases, physiological disorders and environmental influences that can jeopardize plant health and vitality. Carry out plant maintenance work such as floor cleaning, plant cleaning, repotting, and outdoor cleaning. Display plants based on plants nature, height, water and sunlight requirements Water all plants appropriately to ensures plants are clean and free of dust Notifies superior in charge if any damaged, vandalized plants and containers, and discolored leaves before pruning. Remove all trash and debris from planters if required. Responsible for upkeep and placement of tools and equipment. Report superior on tools and equipment required for plant maintenance Use the plant chemicals and fertilizer periodically for the plants. Ensure availability of stocks all the time. Stocks such as Soil, Pesticide, Fertilizer, and maintenance equipment. Report the supervisor about the shortage of stocks. Perform other duties as and when needed.
