Job Title: Driver / Guest Assistant Location: Sharjah Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We\'re seeking a professional Driver / Guest Assistant to enhance our guests\' experience by offering transportation services and assistance with accommodations. Key Responsibilities:
- Transport company personnel and guests safely and punctually.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth transition and a welcoming experience.
- Provide high-quality customer service, address inquiries, and assist guests throughout their stay.
- Manage and coordinate schedules and routes effectively.
- Monitor and report transportation expenses, including petrol and Salik.
- Conduct routine checks on the vehicle and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding all client and company information.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle suitable for guest transportation.
- Valid driver\'s license with an exemplary driving record.
- A minimum of 2 years\' driving experience, with a preference for backgrounds in hospitality or customer service.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Proficient in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
- Proven communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local areas and efficient navigation skills.
- Capable of handling luggage and guest belongings when necessary.
- AED 4,500 monthly salary, inclusive of petrol and Salik expenses.
- Residency visa provided post-probation.
