No1Events is are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional

Event Logistics Driver

to manage the safe and timely transport of valuable event rental equipment. You are the face of No1Events on the road and at the event site.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Transportation:

Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, strictly adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Route Management:

Use GPS and manifests to plan and execute the most efficient delivery and pickup routes within the designated service area.

Loading & Unloading:

> Securely load and unload a wide variety of event equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, staging, and delicate decor.

> Verify all items against the manifest before leaving the warehouse and arriving at the site to ensure order accuracy.

> Heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) is required regularly.

? Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of

[1-2] years of professional driving experience

(preferably in logistics, delivery, or events).

License:

Valid, non-expired

Standard Driver's License

(or

CDL Class B

if required for your vehicles).

Driving Record:

Must have a

clean driving record

(MVR) for the last three years.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to pass a physical ability test and frequently lift, push, and pull heavy equipment.

Reliability:

Excellent punctuality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional weekends, based on the event schedule.

Skills:

Proficiency in using GPS devices/apps, strong time management skills, and excellent attention to detail.

On-Site Interaction:

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, venue staff, and team members. Assist with the basic placement of items at the delivery site as needed.

Vehicle Care:

Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections (DVIRs), maintain cleanliness, and promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.

Inventory Security:

Ensure the security and accountability of all equipment while in transit and during handling.
