Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation to clients, including VIPs, corporate executives, and guests Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times Ensure the assigned luxury vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition before and after each trip Follow assigned schedules, routes, and instructions from the operations team Assist clients with luggage and special requests when required Ensure full compliance with UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or delays immediately to the operations/fleet team Complete trip records, logbooks, and reports accurately Be flexible with working hours, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays
Requirements & Qualifications

Valid UAE driving license (minimum 2-3 years preferred) Proven experience as a chauffeur or luxury driver (limousine or hotel experience preferred) Excellent knowledge of UAE roads, landmarks, airports, and hotels Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage) Professional grooming, good manners, and customer-service mindset Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional under pressure No major traffic violations or criminal records
