Job Description

Ensure timely pick and drop of staff to and from the company accommodation to the IMPZ facility as required.

Report any issues from the labor camp to Supervisor.

Help in management of the labor in the camp.

Understand the shift schedule on a daily basis from Supervisor and ensure adherence to the same.

Ensure the company guests are transported as and when requested.

Pick and drop off at the airport when required.

Assist HR & Directors' Support Department as and when necessary.

Report any issues or escalations to Line Manager in an unprompted timely manner.

Ensure the Company provided vehicle is maintained in good condition at all time and is responsible for highlighting maintenance needs and ensure it happens as required.

The Company vehicle is to be used solely for official purposes. Any personal trips will have to be discussed and agreed prior with the Line Manager.

Report bus and fuel mileage with destination information on a daily basis to the Supervisor.

Obey traffic rules at all times and ensure safety of passengers

Personally be responsible for speeding, parking or any related traffic fines.

Work as per instruction received from Supervisor and any adhoc tasks as requested.

Work within company policies and procedures.

Any other duties that may be required of this role.
