Immediate Requirement: Freelance/Own Visa Holders Preferred

SME Electromechanical is urgently seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on

Company Driver

to manage the daily transportation of our site employees.

This is a critical requirement for a candidate who is ready to join immediately and is currently on a Freelance Visa, Own Visa, or can provide a NOC for immediate transfer.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Transportation:

Operate a 12 to 13-seater manual van to transport SME employees between their accommodation and various project sites, following a fixed daily schedule.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and excellent working condition, performing daily checks (tires, oil, fuel, brakes, etc.) and reporting any required repairs immediately.

Safety & Compliance:

Strict adherence to UAE traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times. Ensure all passengers are seated safely before driving.

Route Optimization:

Plan the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival and departure of staff to maximize site productivity.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate daily logbooks of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Qualifications & Requirements

License:

Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and be proficient in driving

Manual Transmission

vans (12-13 seater experience is highly preferred).

Visa Status (Critical):

Must be legally permitted to work in the UAE and able to join immediately (candidates with

Own Visa / Freelance Visa

or transferable visa status will be prioritized).

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience in the UAE, ideally for a construction or site-based company.

Knowledge:

Excellent knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.

Language:

Basic English or local language skills sufficient for communication and reporting.
