Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate assigned vehicle(s) to transport passengers, goods, or materials to specified destinations. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations of the UAE while driving, including speed limits, road signs, and signals. Plan and follow the most efficient routes to reach destinations in a timely manner, considering traffic conditions and schedules. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, as necessary, ensuring their safety and comfort. Load and unload goods or materials from the vehicle, following proper handling and safety procedures. Maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper maintenance of the vehicle(s), including regular inspections, refuelling, and reporting any issues to the relevant authorities. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities, as required. Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and passengers to provide updates on schedules, delays, or other relevant information. Follow company policies and procedures related to vehicle operation, safety, and customer service. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with passengers, clients, and other road users.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE driving license.

Must have

OWN VISA

Proven experience as a driver in a commercial or transportation role. Knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations. Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation. Excellent driving skills focused on safety. Strong communication skills for effective interactions. Physically fit to lift and move heavy objects. Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
