The Delivery Crew is responsible for ensuring efficient and safe delivery and pickup of goods, cash collections, and supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations. This role is critical in maintaining timely order fulfilment, accuracy in deliveries, and representing the company with professionalism at all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver customer orders accurately and on time as per the daily route plan.
Collect cash and payment acknowledgements as per assigned invoices and submit to the Accounts/Logistics team at end of shift.
Assist in preparing orders, labeling, and loading goods before dispatch.
Handle inter-warehouse and retail store transfers as per schedule.
Pick up returns, samples, or other items from clients, suppliers, or designated locations.
Ensure goods are handled safely during loading, transport, and unloading to prevent damage or loss.
Support warehouse operations such as receiving, organizing, and dispatch preparation during low delivery load days.
Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness, check for maintenance requirements, and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Ensure proper completion of delivery documentation including Delivery Notes, Proof of Delivery (POD), and collection receipts.
Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures while driving.
Assist in any other warehouse or logistics-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
On-time delivery rate and route completion efficiency.
Accuracy of deliveries and collections without discrepancies.
Cash collection compliance and timely submission.
Vehicle condition and adherence to safety standards.
Customer feedback and professionalism during deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills
Valid UAE driving license. (Light Vehicle)
Minimum 1-3 years of delivery or logistics experience in the UAE.
Basic knowledge of UAE routes and traffic regulations.
Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit, punctual, and responsible with a positive attitude.
Work Conditions
This position involves daily outdoor driving and deliveries across UAE locations. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or holidays, may be required during high-demand periods.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
