Vacancy for 10 Limousine Drivers with a leading limousine company in Business Bay, Dubai.
Compensation Package
Fixed Salary: AED 1,500 per month
Commission Structure (Based on Monthly GMV - Gross Monthly Revenue)
? First 2 months: No targets for newly joined drivers
? Seasonal Targets:
Low Season Target(June to September) : AED 7,500
Peak Season Target(October to May) : AED 13,000
Monthly GMV Commission Rate
AED 9,000 15%
AED 13,000 17%
AED 18,000 20%
AED 25,000+ 25%
Total earnings = Fixed Salary + Commission based on above slabs
SALARY WILL BE PAID EVEN IF THE TARGET IS NOT ACHIEVED.
