Job Description
Job Purpose
The Driver is responsible for the safe transportation of customer vehicles during repairs and for managing employee transportation The role involves ensuring vehicle safety, adhering to traffic regulations, handling vehicle keys responsibly, reporting any accidents or valuables found, and complying with all safety procedures and trip log requirements
Key Responsibilities
Move customer vehicles through various stages of repair, from receipt to delivery Responsible for transporting employees from accommodation to the workshop Ensure protective covers are fitted to customer vehicles before driving Handle and drive all vehicles safely and within the prescribed speed limits Comply with all traffic rules and regulations Ensure key tags are completed and attached to the respective vehicle keys Return and store all vehicle keys in the designated location immediately after parking Report any accidents to the immediate superior without delay Inform the superior promptly if any valuables are found inside a vehicle Strictly follow workshop and personal safety procedures in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Complete all required logs for external trips
Educational Qualification
Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
Work Experience
2-3 years of relevant experience
Competencies
Valid UAE driving licence
Languages
