Job Description

Map out driving routes ahead of time to ensure the most efficient trip Pick up vehicles from customer locations as per the committed date and time Inspect vehicles appropriately upon collection and document observations Record and communicate customer concerns clearly on job documents Handover vehicles to the workshop with complete documentation and notes Ensure all customer belongings are checked and removed before each transaction Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comfort at all times Arrange and attend regular service appointments; report any issues promptly Ensure all reported customer concerns are rectified before returning the vehicle Deliver the vehicle back to the customer in proper condition and on time

Educational Qualification:

Basic Education

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (vehicle driving, pick-up/delivery, or customer-facing automotive service)

Competencies:

Safe and responsible driving Attention to detail in inspection and documentation Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to follow schedules and commitments Teamwork and coordination with workshop/service staff

Languages:

English (required) Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
