This Driver is responsible for all transportation requirements, for example time to time pick and drop of employees to the site and camp, raw material purchases and all other time to time vehicle requirements according to the company's rule.
Key Responsibilities
1. Time to time Pick and Drop of employees to various sites and camp as per company's transportation requirements.
2. Responsible for local purchases, material collections etc. from various suppliers.
3. Responsible for collecting the original invoice, delivery note etc. on time from suppliers and clients.
4. Responsible for collecting the samples from various suppliers or clients and delivery.
5. Driver is responsible for the safe loading and unloading of the raw materials, semi-finished or finished materials.
6. Driver should stay at the time of loading and unloading to make sure the materials are loading / unloading safely. If any damage is there, the driver is only responsible.
7. Responsible for maintaining the vehicle and interiors neat and clean.
8. Responsible for timely vehicle services and maintenance.
9. Responsible for preparing and submitting the daily trip sheet details.
10. Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
11. Responsible for submitting the weekly report including Service, Maintenance, Traffic Fines, Accidents if any etc.
12. Responsible for intimate and follow the admin department for timely renewals of the vehicle documents example Mulkia, Insurance etc.
13. Keep mileage records and repair records up to date.
14. Responsible for ensuring health and safety measures.
15. Ensure that the vehicles are working as per the RTA rules.
16. Driver is responsible for making sure he is following the RTA rules and regulations while he is always driving.
17. Traffic fines and violations are the driver's responsibility.
18. To be presentable, hygienic and in respect of UAE dress code guidelines.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Able to work well within a team-based environment.
2. Prepare and submit the trip sheet, service reports etc. on time.
3. Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
4. Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications to find delivery locations.
5. Time management and organizational skills to keep track of deliveries and stay on schedule.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
