Position : Driver

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain transportation schedules and keep within time frames Deliver or collect company related documents Follow the right procedure for the collection and submission of delivery confirmations and/or customer signatures Takes responsibility for the company car and notify the company of any service and or other maintenance that may be required for the company car Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery records Adhere to the instructions provided by the direct line manager only and notify them if any requests received directly from the employees/customers Notify your company of any accidents or damage to the vehicle immediately and complete the appropriate paperwork within 24 hours Deal with the company's customers in a courteous and respectful manner Ensure that the company car is kept clean and tidy Maintain a current driver's license applicable for the vehicle you drive Ensure that all goods/ documents are delivered as accurately as possible and any additional requirements indicated on the invoice or by dispatch are followed Ensure that all damages are reported, and corrective measures are actioned immediately Obey all road signs, traffic laws, and company driving policies Handle complaints or escalate them as needed Maintain confidentiality when transporting sensitive documents or materials

Education, Experience and Required Skill:

Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle) Proven experience as a Driver in a corporate setting Immediate Joiners Preferred
