Position: Driver with Purchasing Experience - Construction & Fit-Out Industry

We are looking for a

Driver

with a valid

UAE Driving License

and prior experience in the

construction and interior fit-out industry

, including

knowledge of purchasing and sourcing materials

. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in transporting personnel and materials, as well as assisting in the procurement of items needed for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicles to transport staff, materials, and equipment to and from sites. Assist in

sourcing, purchasing, and collecting construction and fit-out materials

from suppliers and vendors across the UAE. Coordinate with site supervisors and procurement officers to ensure timely material deliveries. Maintain accurate records of purchases and delivery receipts. Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and safe operation of the assigned vehicle. Follow all UAE traffic laws and company transportation protocols. Provide general support to the logistics and site teams when needed.

Requirements:

Valid UAE Driving License (Manual/Automatic). Minimum of 2 years' experience in the

construction or interior fit-out sector

. Prior experience or knowledge of

procurement and material sourcing

. Familiar with UAE suppliers and building material markets (e.g., Deira, Al Quoz, Mussafah, etc.). Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Physically fit and able to assist with material handling when required.

Preferred:

Experience working in a similar role within a construction or interior company. Knowledge of basic material types used in fit-out projects (e.g., gypsum, MDF, tiles, paints, electrical fittings, etc.).
