Job Description

Uniceramic Qatar is seeking a qualified and experienced Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for employees between the factory premises and company accommodation.

Job Purpose



To ensure the safe and efficient transportation of employees in accordance with company schedules, safety standards, and applicable traffic regulations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities



Transport employees between company accommodation and factory locations as per assigned routes and schedules Ensure strict compliance with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transport policies Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the bus is maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition Report mechanical issues, accidents, delays, or irregularities immediately to the concerned department Maintain discipline and ensure safe boarding and de-boarding of employees Cooperate with management and security teams to ensure smooth transport operations Maintain accurate records as required by the company

Qualifications & Requirements



Valid Medium / Heavy Valid Qatar driving license. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in staff or industrial transportation Sound knowledge of local routes, traffic rules, and safety procedures Medically fit with good vision and alertness High level of responsibility, punctuality, and professional conduct Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

* Medium or Heavy driving license (Required)
