To provide safe, reliable, and professional driving services for private properties, ensuring timely transportation of guests, and property-related materials while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport the property owner, family members, guests, and authorized staff as required.
Drive for property-related duties including logistics, document collection, and errands.
Ensure punctuality for all scheduled trips and commitments.
Maintain the assigned vehicle(s) in excellent condition, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and timely reporting of maintenance issues.
Comply with all Qatar traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters related to the property and its occupants.
Assist with basic loading/unloading of items when required.
Monitor vehicle documentation validity (registration, insurance, permits) and coordinate renewals as needed.
Report any accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle issues immediately to management.
Support other property-related tasks as assigned by the property management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid
Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License
(mandatory).
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
as a private or family driver in Qatar.
Familiarity with Qatar roads, locations, traffic patterns, and routes.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Good communication skills; basic English required (Arabic is an advantage).
Professional appearance, polite attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
