Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly as per traffic laws and company policies.
Pick up and drop off staff to various project sites and office locations.
Collect cheques and invoices from clients and suppliers as per instructions.
Deliver and collect materials, tools, and equipment from suppliers or sites.
Assist with delivery and collection of company documents and other administrative materials.
Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle (interior and exterior).
Monitor vehicle maintenance requirements and report any issues promptly.
Ensure proper documentation of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and deliveries.
Support site logistics and movement coordination as required by the operations team.
Follow assigned routes, schedules, and instructions from supervisors.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company documents or client materials.
Requirements:
Valid Qatar driving license (Light ).
Minimum 2-3 years of driving experience in Qatar preferred.
Basic knowledge of routes and locations within Qatar.
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
Punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
Trustworthy and well-presented.
