Job Purpose
Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, passengers, and crew within airport and non-airport and ensure adherence to safety protocols, schedules, and deliver professional customer service throughout all transport duties environment.
Principal Accountabilities
Safely operate company vehicles (buses, vans, cars, or specialized vehicles) in compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
Transport staff, clients, passengers, crew, visitors, as per assigned routes and operational schedules.
Ensure adherence to schedules to avoid delays, particularly critical for time-sensitive operations such as flight support.
Conduct daily pre- and post-use vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and cleanliness) and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents immediately to the supervisor or fleet coordinator.
Follow designated routes and instructions to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Assist with luggage, boarding, or special transport needs when required.
Maintain a professional appearance and courteous conduct at all times, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Accurately complete and maintain vehicle logbooks, trip sheets, and other required records
Required Qualifications
High school/Diploma
Minimum 4+ years of experience
Customer handling skills
